Azure site to site with RRAS

Hello i created Site to Site by RRAS and now both sites are connected each other the problem here that i can only reach the RRAS server from Azure VM and i can't reach any other computer on the network and same thing for on premise network i can't reach  any VM hosted on Azure , actually i don't Know what i missed here i think we have to make static route or some think like this.
