Point to Site Client VPN setup fail

Hi,

I follow this : http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/azure/dn133792.aspx

I last step download Client VPN Package and install always show can't find "azurebox32.ico" error:

( Client: Windows 8.1 x64 - CHT）

Setup will fail and can't connect VPN:
