Azure VNET to VNET and both VNETs to On-Premise

Hello,

I have a client that has a Cisco ASA 5510 and two VNETs.  I need to setup a VPN connection between the two VNETs and the On-Premise environment; however since Cisco ASA devices don't support Dynamic routing, I can't use the Multi-Site VPN setup.

Any idea how to get around this?  Besides routing traffic between the two VNETs back to On-Premise?

So basically:

On-Premise < - > Azure East

On-Premise < - > Azure West

Azure East < - > Azure West

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
