Cannot Ping from Azure VM to Premise server when using Point to Site VPN

Hi,

i have create a Point to Site VPN.

From premise server, i can ping to Azure VM. Tested on other clients (outside of LAN) was able to ping to Azure VM , rdp & access website @azure vm. I have disable windows firewall on both clients at premise.

But when i try to ping from azure vm to premise server , i received an error message "request time out". Unable to ping even for client (outside of LAN)

Is Point to site vpn only allow 1 way (from premise to azure vm) or two way? If two way, what could be the problem. Please advice.
