how can connect to AWS GovCloud (US) Region in Azure

Hi team,

we have an application that deployed on Azure (US-EAST region), 

and we want to keep some data in amazon GovCloud (US) S3, which is an isolated data center ,

we did some research on this  and found that  may need to set up a AWS Direct connection with Azure data center. 

we would like to know is that possible ?

or we can connect to Amazon GovCloud(US) S3 directly.

or some other ways we can write data to  Amazon GovCloud S3 .
