Assign the same IP when failover by ASR

Hi I have ASR Configured . Actually I'm looking for any way to let the VM when failed over to take the same IP of the on premise network.

I already have VPN S2S configured but the local network include the on premise subnet so when try to add the same subnet to Azure subnet it's say will overlap.

so any solution???
