VPN between ASA and Azure

We have configured IPSEC policy based VPN between Microsoft Azure and Cisco ASA.
We have defined specific subnets in the policy for this VPN.
Like, 
On Azure side
Local subnet 10.1.1.0/24
Remote subnet 10.2.2.0/24

On ASA,
Local subnet 10.2.2.0/24
Remote subnet 10.1.1.0/24

After configuring it we see on ASA that Azure is sending both Local and Remote IKE ID's 0.0.0.0/0.

Can anybody please tell me that is there any method on Azure to define Local and Remote IKE ID's separately from the policy we have defined?
