Route Between Two IAAS Azure Clouds

Hello!,

I am finding difficult to establish routing between two Azure Cloud and terribly got stuck

Setup:

I have created

a) Cloud 1

      - Configured Virtual Network ( 10NET )

      - Created virtual Machine ( 10.0.0.4 )

      - configured DNS server ( 10.0.0.4 )

b) Cloud 2

      - Configured Virtual Network ( 172NET )

      - Created Virtual Machine ( 172.16.0.4 )

      - Configured DNS server ( 172.16.0. 4 )

I have read the setup for creating Site-site vpn between azure and on premise infra which has RRAS / VPN server configured.

Question:

- How do I configure Routing between two clouds

- do I need to follow the same steps mentioned in above link ?

- Do I need to setup RRAS server on either of 172 Network / 10 Network ?

any guidance would be greatly appreciated
