Site-to-site VPN, moving office and new public IP

We currently have site-to-site VPN between Azure and on-Prem and all is well. 

We are planning to move office soon, and are getting a new public IP address from a new provider.

After we move and get a new IP, is it just a simple matter of inputting new public facing VPN device IP address in Local Network settings?  Or do we have to create a new site-to-site VPN from scratch?
