Hi all, I'm trying to connect from a remote Surround SCM/TestTrack client to the Surround SCM/TestTrack server on Azure, and I get this error every time

I've opened the Azure endpoint on UDP port 4900, and I've opened port 99 for TestTrack and 5100 for the License server, and yet I can't establish a connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
