Privileges required to install Point-to-Site VPN client

Hi,

We are trying to install the Point-To-Site VPN client in our corporate desktop and it's getting failed even with Local Administrator access.

Please let me know the list of privileges required to install the Point-To-Site VPN client?

e.g. Administrator access, Register edit, Create new connection, etc...
