Certain VMs cannot access connected network, other VMs can

Hi Folks,

I have a number of Windows VMs running on Azure and connected to my local network by VPN,  Recently one of them lost certain local network connectivity.  It has the ability to ping the local file server by name and IP, but cannot see computers or file shares.  System event logs show repeating  events 1058 - Processing of Group Policy failed.

Now a second VM has lost the ability to see file shares.

Other VMs still function as normal, so it's something specific to the failing VMs.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'll update as I continue troubleshooting.
