Cannot download the 64-bit Client VPN Package

It seems I have my Gateway and VPN setup configured properly but whan I try to Download the 64-bit Client VPN Package is says it downloaded successfully but I cannot find the file?

I run Win 8.1 Pro IE 11 on my client machine where I am trying to Download the 64-bit Client VPN Package.
