We have a small network of 9 donated Windows 8 computers in a veterans only apartment building. As there is no funding for anything here, except for donated time/software/hardware, is there a way to setup a PDC or substitute method for managing the machines and user accounts tied to their apartment? Everyone wants their own account so they can store email addresses and such along with their own pictures, music, etc but of course as there are 75 vets and 9 computers they can't always get on the same computer. Also would be nice to be able to block them from making changes or downloading anything illegal.
Ideas?
