Azure Standard Load balancer HTTPS probe and TCP 443 probe in Basic LB

Thanks in advance, As per Azure Latest Standard LB it gives us HTTPS health probe. but with Basic one i can create TCP probe of 443. Then what is the significance of HTTPS health probe?

As my HTTPS connection is TLS connection which connects on port 443. what other functionality will be affected if i use TCP Port 443 in health probe?
