Question about Microsoft peering - dev.azure.com

Wondering if anyone knows if there are plans for dev.azure.com (IP I see is 13.107.6.183) to be accessible via Microsoft peering over an expressroute connection ?

Also, I did not see it in the Azure datacenter range list here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41653
