Moving Virtual Network from one Resource Group to another takes long time

Hello Team,

I have Created 2 Resource Groups (RG=Network and RG=WIN-VM) and created a VirNet (Virtual Network) with 2 subnets.

Later I created a Windows VM and I allocated the Network Interface to the VirNet.

I see the VirNet was in RG=WIN-VM, so I stopped the Windows VM, in order to move the VirNet from RG=WIN-VM to RG=Network.

I started the Move process, by selecting the VirNet and selecting the Target (RG=Network) and Click on Move.

The process was started and It has been more than 2 hours it shows "Moving Resources" in both RG's when I open it.

I am unable to create a new resource in both Resource Groups (RG=Network and RG=WIN-VM) "Add" is grade-out.

Please let me know how long does it take to complete the progress.

Could you please suggest me the steps to troubleshoot this issue.

If not, let me know how to kill this process or delete that VirNet.
