CDN routes broken on Optus-peered ISPs in Australia

Our ISP has advised us that 12-20 hours ago, Optus (via BGP) was told not to advertise routes to Azure CDN (Verizon EdgeCast AS15133) to peers.

This means Uecomm is unable to see a route to our cdn endpoint (which resolves to cs9.wpc.v0cdn.net [117.18.232.200]).

AS 15133 has a direct peer with Uecomm's peer Optus AS7474 but AS 15133 (117.18.232.0/24) prefer Vocus as their internet peer (do not advertise out to Optus). Vocus AS 4826 has routes towards 117.18.232.0/24 and they advertise to Uecomms peers (Optus), advising them not to advertise (Communities: no-export) to any other peers. Due to that reason Uecomm is not  receiving routes towards 117.18.232.0/24.

Uecomm don’t have any control over AS 15133 and 117.18.232.0/24 IP range and how they control their internet traffic.

MS azure should have control for the IP 117.18.232.0/24 owned by AS 15133.
