Ubuntu VM cannot access through SSH on public IP

Hi to all, not an Ubuntu guy at all, first time deploying on Azure. Deployed two machines and were working fine, until one day we lost all access from on the public IPs.

Test carried out:

1. I Can SSH on internal private IP.

2. Reset SSH password nothing changed

3. Shutdown VM, restart and redeployed nothing changed

3. Create a new VM in the same resource group and has the same exact problem.

4. Changed the Public IP but still nothing changed

5. I can ping google (8.8.8.8 & google) from within the VM

6. Deployed a new VM in a different Resource group and works just fine.

I am running out of ideas any help would be appreciated.
