Connection Linksys RV042 or PPTP Protocol Problem

Hello good day.

I'm having a lot of difficulties in the use of azure.

I have a linksys RV024 device installed and configured VPN option.

Today some have several machines that connect to my network through a connection created in windows.

When I try to close that same VPN azure in to leave a vpn can not connect.

I did some ping tests to my IP or close the vpn test and not working, the vpn does not close.

Arrives asking for User and password but when closing the tunnel does not work.

I wonder if some configuration I can do to allow this connection or close the vpn with my device alert a PPTP protocol exists.
