Address Space Error When Configuring Site to Site VPN Connection from Gateway

Hi,

I've created a Gateway in the Azure Classic portal that uses dynamic routing and is configured for both point to site as well as site to site connections.  I have a VPN for an on premises network that must be connected.  The VPN appliance is a Dell SonciWall NSA 2400.  I have been provided with the VPN IP address and tried to setup a site to site connection.  Unfortunately, after entering 10.200.12.0/24 as the address space, I receive an error stating the address overlaps with another subnet 10.200.10.10/16.

Gateway subnets are as follows:

Default 10.200.10.10/24

Connection1 (fails as per error above) 10.200.12.0/24

Gateway Subnet 10.200.11.0/29.

What modifications are needed in order to make this connection?  Thanks for your help and guidance.
