“Hello, I found problem on account [PII removed]. To Set ReverseDnsFqdn. I saw a lot of questions in the Internet about same problem, but I didn't find solution, because all of them got support by Microsoft. Set-AzureService mailresource -ReverseDnsFqdn"[PII removed]." Customer was sent the documentation on http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31840228/set-reverse-dns-on-azure, however this did not help the customer
The customer also added: “Sorry but this didn't help at all. I found this before and all: a) b) c) d) steps are done in my humble opinion. Error still exists. We can't handle this stuff since week and still wasting money on Your service which is not working for us.”
