Problem with redirecting https traffic through the public ip

"i'm facing a problem with redirecting https traffic through the public ip of my azure VM, although the app opens through the private IP

the 443 traffic was allowed NSG, and the OS firewall

i have a terminal service plus app installed on one of my azure VM

the application opens well through the private IP

example : https://localhost

i can't make it work through the public IP https://publicip

what do i need to do other that allowing 443 in the inbound security rules of the VM's NSG and adding the 443 port on the OS firewall ?"
