Hi,

I am Sherman from Vertex Systems Ltd is Microsoft  partner.

I got the problem to form the site to site VPN from our client SonicWALL firewall to the AZURE Cloud server.

Our client built one Windows 2012 R2  in the Azure cloud. Everything is working fine.

The current Wan IP : 23.99.101.25

Private                  IP: 10.0.0.4

                               Subnet: 255.255.255.0

                                Gateway: 10.0.0.1

   <v:shapetype coordsize="21600,21600" filled="f" id="_x0000_t75" o:preferrelative="t" o:spt="75" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" stroked="f"><v:stroke joinstyle="miter"><v:path gradientshapeok="t" o:connecttype="rect" o:extrusionok="f">
</v:path></v:stroke></v:shapetype>
Now my client want to form a site to site VPN from their Office SonicWALL firewall to the Cloud server. I followed the instruction to do some settings to build the VPN.

The problem is the system created the VPN Gateway IP (23.99.118.176) is different to the current one. Even my connection is connected successfully.

Please advise me how to fix this problem.

Please let me know if you want more information  (Azure portal and Remote desktop login information) for this issue.

Thanks

Sherman
