Automatically Connect VPN Client

Hi Folks,

I have configured Point to Site VPN and Site to Site VPN with on-premises network. We have remote locations and those users laptops are not in domain. 

How we can make those computers to automatically dial up Azure VPN client as soon as they connect to Internet?
