Change your domain’s nameserver (NS) records

Dear Azure,

I am using Azure to host my DNS.  I am trying to set up Office365 and the final stage requires me to change the name server record with my DNS host - which is Azure.  However I cannot edit the existing NS file.

Also, once I change the NS file to Office 365 will it then host my DNS as well?

Please help.
