Unable to Ping On-Prem VM from Azure VM using Site-To-Site VPN

Hello MSDN Team,

I set-up RRAS 2012 R2 Site-To-Site VPN between on-Prem to Azure IaaS. After the set-up, I am not able to ping Azure VM from On-Prem VM and vice versa. May I ask for your advice? May I ask if what is the proper configuration of RRAS 2012 R2 to route the traffic from Azure VM to On-Prem VM? I am using 2 NIC (private and public NiC). Private NIC doesn't have a gateway and public does have. Did we miss some configuration in the RRAS?
