Unable to communicate with VMs on a point-to-site Azure VPN connection anymore, after weeks of no trouble

Yesterday we were suddenly unable to reach our Azure VMs through the VPN connection. Pings and RDP requests that were previously able to be made stopped working. We are unable to connect to any of the VMs on clients connected via the VPN clients. The VMs are up and running according to the management portal, and enabling public endpoints grants access properly. The VMs can communicate with each other and are otherwise operating normally, as far as we can tell. We had setup one of the VMs to act as a DNS server and it has been operating fine for the past 4 or 5 weeks. It still acts properly for the VMs and itself on the network, but we are unable to reach any of the VMs by hostname or by IP through the point-to-site clients.

We rely on private VPN access to the VMs to do our development, and we are unable to reach those VMs through the VPN.

Anyone have any thoughts?
