This is annoying. I have to restart the VM several times and hope the Network will initialize correctly.
I'm working in the ResourceGroup mode after having the same error onder the Classic mode. I already paid 25 for support in one subscription. Now I have the same problem in other subscription. That's also very very annoying that Microsoft asks money for supporting their own bugs.
I'm considering Amazon...
