My company ORockcloud.com is a CSP and ISP. I like to discuss a partnership between our companies where I can directly connect my backbone network (USA) to Microsoft Azure Cloud in the USA. We have dedicated connection in our Europe node through our partner and want to add a USA dedicated connection for our customers and resale.
