Site-to-Site VPN for Windows Azure with Windows Server 2012 R2 Routing and Remote Access

Hello Azure Networking Team,

Good day. We are evaluating Site to Site VPN and we would like to ask if Routing and Remote Access for Windows 2012 R2 are still supported for Site to Site VPN? May we ask what are the advantage, pros and cons of using RRAS vs. VPN Gateway device.
