Cannot establish a connection to our staging server.

"Somehow, our Azure cannot establish a connection to our staging server. Based on our investigation, it seems to be blocked at Azure network. Our staging server has firewall disabled, without any IPS appliances. Connect it from elsewhere is just fine."
