In the new portal how do I add a VPN connection to my VNET that I already have created

Hi,

I created the network using the new traffic manger. I created a /16 for the VNET and two subnets (DMZ and LAN) they are /24

How do I create a site-to-site VPN on a VNET I already have created in Azure (I'm using the new portal). DNS is currently set to Azure. The Azure help only tells you how you create it during the initial setup, not how to do it afterwards.
