We have created two Linux SUSE Enterprise Server VMs with Basic A3 in Azure. We have two issues now.
1. Unable to connect through putty
2. Repositories for WebSphere that we installed has been removed from the VM after a restart
For Issue 1 above, VM was working properly and we have connected it through putty and it was working fine. Yesterday when we tried to connect to this VM through Putty, it is
showing the error ‘Network Error, connection refused’.
Tried the below things, but no chance to bring the VM back
· Change the size of the VM through Azure Portal
· Deleted the VM by keeping the Disk and recreated the VM with the same disk.
For issue 2, this has happened after a restart. We are not sure what went wrong on the VM.
Can you please help to fix this. This is something urgent as application team is stuck with this issue. Do we need to raise a request through portal or this can be handled through
email. Please suggest
