My subnets during VM deployment are not shown

I have created 2 subnets:



When I now want to create a new VM - catalog based - I am not allowed to choose one of my subnets. I have choosen add new cloud service:

So after deployment is finished, I find my new VM in a wrong subnet: 100.x.x.x.

Could you please help me here?
