It does not allow traffic on two LANs by dynamic vpn site to site

Good morning,

I have a site to site vpn dynamic with fortigate, where fortigate has two LANs, the first network packets arrive, but when testing the second network fail to fortigate packages, and fortigate sends packets to the server of windows azure but not reach the destination.

What could happen?
