I created a site-to-site VPN connection using the new portal, and after I created the VPN gateway, things started going awry. I started getting a bunch of "Something went wrong" error messages. I tried using old portal to delete the gateway, and I regained some functionality in the new portal even though the pink exclamation points were still visible. I was able to get the blade that allowed creating a new VPN connection, which I did. However, I'm still not getting the option to create a VPN gateway. This is what I'm seeing now:
