After West Datacenter Maintenance - can no longer connect across VPN to 3 of our 4 VMs in Azure

It seems after the Azure – West Datacenter maintenance window last night that we only have connectivity from our Corporate LAN to 1 out of the 4 virtual machines we have in Azure.  This issue started this morning.  I can consistently ping and rdp across the VPN to one machine.  I do get one out of four responses (on occasion) when pinging the other three machines – randomly, which makes me think there is some sort of a network issue.  I am able to rdp to them all via external endpoint.  Their configuration looks fine, they can ping the other severs in Azure but cannot ping anything across the VPN.

I have tried stopping and starting, disconnecting the VPN and reconnecting, and checked all network settings.  Is there an issue related to the maintenance or is there some configuration issue on my end that caused this?

Thanks for your help,

Jennifer
