I know this question was asked already, but it was a long time ago. Previously, the only way to create a VNET was declaratively using some XML-based config file. (yuck!)
Since then, I noticed that a new cmdlet called New-WAPackVNet has been added to the Azure Management modules. However, the name is curious. It appears to be identical to the one in the AzureWAPack module.
First, what in the heck is "WAPack"?
Second, can this cmdlet be used to create a VNET in Azure?
