Data In 0 site to site connectivity VPN tunnel

Hi ,

I want to establish site to site vpn tunnel , I have checkpoint R77.20 , I am using static routing.

in Azure it shows connected but Data in is zero, data out has some value.

what can be the issue ? How to resolve this ?

Please help ASAP.
