Cannot see other VNets in the Affinity/Groups drop down

Hi

  I have 2 VNets

usavnet: 10.1.1.0/25, Location: Central US. VPN: none

indiavnet: 10.1.2.0/25, Location: Southeast Asia. VPN: none

2: I created a a VM under usavnet

3: Did a capture on that VM and create Image

4: Now, I am creating  a vm from this image and want to move it to indiavnet. But cannot do that. I dont see the dropdown with indiavnet. It just sows usavnet only

can you help me move a VM from one vnet to another?

I also notice, I dont see the "Create Gateway" button in the networks page.
