VM not showing OnPrem Dns

I have tried everything This is the second Azure IaaS setup, the first every thing worked great. The Second IaaS setup I am trying to make a secondary domain control in Azure, the VM we not find my onprem domain, upon further inspection when doing a ipconfig all I notice the network adapter does not list the IP of the onprem DNS server. I have added it through the Portal, with the Network config file all resulting in the same outcome it is not listed. Each time I restart the VM to update it still nothing. The previous network worked fine the DNS for onprem is listed I was able to join it to the domain everything is great. Only different with this setup is I have a multiple network setup created with the config file both networks connect with the 2012 RRAS S2S gateways but the onprem DNS server is not listed for a DNS server when doing a ipconfig /all I know this is why I can not join the VM to the domain. I would appreciate any advice to help solve this Thanks.
