Cannot delete Reserved IP Address

I was using the preview portal to create a VM and the Reserved IP address in the VM configuration itself.

Now when I try to delete it in preview portal, it throws error "Failed to delete reserved IP address".

Original management portal doesn't seem to have Reserved IP category.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
