I've created a site to site VPN between my azure network and my on-premise network - all working well except for the fact that in the 'network' section of my client machines I can't see my Azure VM. I can however navigate to it with \\server\share so all is fine(ish) there.
The problem I am having is accessing the share when I am at home and connected to the on premise network through the existing VPN. In this instance I cant connect using \\server\share or even \\ipaddress (we have historically had problems connecting to the on premise network through VPN unless we use the IP address).
I've been told that when I VPN in I am placed on a separate subnet and so I may need to add these details to my azure network but I am unsure where to go as from here.
