The following KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2996010 talks about an Azure Virtual Networks Troubleshooter powershell diagnostic package, but I can't find anywhere to download it. I've download the Windows Azure Powershell 3f.3f.3fnew installer,
but I'm looking specifically for the troubleshooter.
