Unable to setup a gateway in Azure to my local network with RRAS

Hi,

For Azure testing purposes I want to setup a gateway between an Azure VNet I've created and my local network. The infrastructure is as follow:

Azure:

VNET
192.168.222.0, subnets and gateway addresses created.

GTW
104.46.57.39

On Premise:

ADSL
Router 86.75.209.143

WS2012
RRAS DHCP on ADSL Router Side, 192.168.210.202 on local net side.

LOCALNET
192.168.210.0

When I setup a dynamic gateway from azure, it is established (apparently) but I'm not able to ping any server on both ends of the infrastructure, although some bytes are exchanged if I believe the Azure portal; All firewall are OFF for this test. Do you have a clue???
