Server on network cannot be reached

I have several VMs on the Virtual Network.

2 of my VMs can communicate with each other within the Virtual Network.  The rest of the VMs do not appear to be on the network.  I cannot ping them from the working VMs.

I cannot login to the other VMs through the Virtual IP address because they need to communicate with the domain controller.  Since they cannot reach the domain controller on the virtual network, I'm dead in the water.

I fear this has something to do with the storage outage last night, but nothing on the Azure Status page indicates a problem.

I'm not sure how I can fix this.
