Vnet to Vnet connection completed, but can't ping each other

Hi,

I have setting up 2 Vnets, one is EU (North Europe, 10.0.0.0/24) and one is SG (Southeast Asia, 172.16.0.0/24), everything looks fine and the connection established completely.

So, I created virtual machine under Vnet respectively, the firewall already off for both virtual machines. However, I can't ping both ip and name with each other.

Any idea to get this fix and troubleshooting?, am I need to set static route or else?
