Access Local host services via azure

Hi,
 
 I have configured the sharepoint 2013 dev environment on azure, we are creating app which consumes
wcf services hosted on local machine.

since azure is on public domain  can't able to access the local host services.

Can any body give me advice how we can achieve this.
