Azure multiple ip addresses

Hi, 

From what I understand from older forum posts is that an Azure VM can't have more than one static IP address (DIP) assigned.

We have a Hyper-V VM that we want to move to Azure that has 4 static IP addresses.
I guess it means that this won't work in Azure or have there been changes made to Azure recently that supports more that one static IP address (DIP)?
